1. Deco sheet

Deco sheet can be used for surface finishing of furniture, kitchen cabinet, stereo audio, t.v, picture frames, metal frames, doors and windows. It can be used for decorating the walls of rooms, recreational houses and vehicles. The veneer would neither fade nor be scraped, for it has cold and heat-resistant ink and protective sheet on the surface. It is waterproof, fireproof and corrosion (acid and alkali) resisting and can be easily cleaned with daily detergents.

PVC foils for membrane pressing are used for the surface lamination of form milled furniture surface of MDF boards. This membrane pressing, combining press forming with vacuum forming process, contributes the easy application of versatile three- dimensional aesthetic designs and Our Deco sheet provides advanced color patterns to lead the customer's design concept.

PVC deco sheet is used on walls, ceilings and doors of vessels and accommodation platforms requiring a high level of fire resistance. It meets very strict fire retardant requirement of low surface spread, smoke and toxicity. PVC deco sheet can be supplied with a pellicle protective film to prevent the change or contamination on the surface during the installation work.

2. Manufacturing Line

• Calendering
  This line produces the best quality PVC sheet through the rolls in gelatinous substances with PVC raw materials mixed plasticizer, stabilizer and added substances.
• Graver printing
  This process takes effects of the natural grain wood on the PVC sheet which prints various, artificial designs of grain wood.
• Embossing line
  This process protects the printed sheet with wood design from erasing, as it coats the printed sheet with the transparent sheet and this process expresses the sheet as a high-class coziness through non-polish.
